    Acupressure Point Liver 3

The groove on top of your foot where the big toe and second toe bones meet. Liver 3 is the Liver's source point, used to move Qi that has gotten stuck, which is the pattern behind waking at 3am irritable with your jaw tight. This point is almost always tender when Liver Qi is stagnant. Keep going gently until it softens.

    Acupressure Point Kidney 6

The hollow just below your inner anklebone. Kidney 6 nourishes Yin, the cooling reserve that keeps heat in check, and it is the classical point for night sweats and restless sleep. As estrogen drops through perimenopause that reserve thins, and heat starts rising at night instead of staying regulated. Press firmly in small circles for 30 to 60 seconds on each side.

  • Acupressure Point Stomach 36

    Acupressure Point Stomach 36

Four finger-widths below your kneecap, just outside the shinbone. Stomach 36 is the command point of the Stomach channel and one of the most studied points in acupuncture for digestion and Spleen support. If you wake at 3am shaky, with your heart going, this is where to start. It helps your body hold blood sugar steady overnight instead of dropping and sounding the alarm.
