When you start paying gentle attention to your daily symptoms, moods, and energy, the 5 Elements begin to tell a clear story.
This simple tracker helps you notice how your body responds to food, stress, sleep, seasons, and your cycle, so we can see which elements are asking for support right now.
How to use this tracker
Take 1–3 minutes once a day to check in for 6+ weeks.
Name what you’re noticing in your body or mood (a symptom or a positive shift).
Choose the element that feels most connected:
Earth (worry, digestion, heaviness), Wood (tension, irritability, feeling stuck),
Fire (anxiety, heat, palpitations), Metal (grief, lung/skin issues),
Water (fear, exhaustion, deep fatigue).Add any notes about food, emotions, sleep, stress, or cycle day.
There’s no “right answer” here. Your job is simply to notice. My job is to help you read the pattern through a 5 Element lens.
What I’ll do with your entries
When you share this tracker with me, I’ll look for:
Element patterns that keep repeating.
Times of day, foods, or stressors that flare your symptoms.
Small, doable 5E‑aligned shifts (food, rituals, acupoints, movement) to support the elements that are overworked or depleted.
Over time, this becomes a visual story of your healing.
