What we will do together
Over 8 weeks, you will:
Learn to track your own nervous system and symptoms in real time, using body‑based and nature‑based language instead of shame stories.
Practice somatic tools, gentle movement, and pattern‑breaking exercises to interrupt the cycle of upset, worry, and constant sympathetic activation.
Map your experiences onto the Five Elements and seasons so you can see how Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal show up in your actual life, not just in theory.
What you will leave with after 8 weeks
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
Have a simple, body‑based way to describe what is happening in your system, without collapsing into old stories or labels.
Be able to name your main patterns in nature‑based and elemental language, so your symptoms feel like signals you can respond to, not random chaos.
Use 3–5 nervous‑system regulation tools you trust in the moment to work with spikes of anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown.
Hold a basic weekly and seasonal rhythm for food, rest, and output that keeps you from living in “emergency mode” all the time.
Feel more emotionally resourced because you have a regular place to land your big feelings, celebrate breakthroughs, and be witnessed by a circle of women doing the same work.
Make more grounded, sovereign choices about your health and life because you can read your own patterns and trust your body’s feedback
What is included
Across 8 weeks, you receive:
Eight live 60‑minute group calls on Google Meet (Jan 29 – March 16), with teaching, somatic practice, and live coaching.
Gentle movement and somatic exercises each week to help your body actually feel the shift, not just understand it conceptually.
Simple reflection prompts so you can track your symptoms and patterns in elemental, body‑based language over time.
4 weeks of winter-focused support and 4 weeks of spring-focused support.
Teaching symptoms work with Healing Presence practices as solutions.
A small, supportive circle of women who are practicing the same language and tools alongside you, celebrating breakthroughs and holding space for the hard days.
Investment and Scholarship
Program dates: January 20 – March 10
Live on Google Meet, 1 hour per week
Investment: $555
One partial or full scholarship is available for a woman who deeply needs this support and has limited financial capacity right now. Details are on the application form sent to you by request.
